Yrney SMS Consent & Messaging Policy

Yrney provides transactional SMS messaging services for real estate brokerages and their affiliated agents and staff.
How Consumers Provide Consent
Consumers provide consent verbally during onboarding calls, in-person onboarding meetings, or account setup conversations before any SMS messages are sent.
Brokerage staff use the following verbal consent script:
"By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive transactional SMS communications from [Brokerage Name] and Yrney related to onboarding, scheduling, compliance reminders, operational updates, training notifications, and internal brokerage communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance."
Consent is collected before any messaging activity begins.

Messages may include:
- onboarding reminders
- scheduling notifications
- compliance alerts
- operational communications
- training updates
- task reminders
- account notifications
Opt-Out Instructions
Consumers may opt out at any time by replying:
- STOP to unsubscribe
- HELP for support
